Visited on Wednesday for lunch with my family. Excellent food (refer to photos), great intimate family ambience (although space is limited) and staff that are outstandingly friendly. So let’s break it down: Ordered: Mongolian lamb, black bean beef, sweet chilli prawns, special fried rice and steamed rice (Water for drinks) Cost pp: Approx $27.00. (Very reasonable for 3 mains, SFR and steamed rice) Ambience: small family type restaurant; definitely book ahead for a table, they are limited. But when you are in there, the experience is homely and welcoming. Certainly a testament to all the business cards on the wall. Be sure to take some time to appreciate the art work on the walls. Customer Service: Couldn’t really ask for more, our service person was really friendly and excellent with their service skills - I’m a chopstick person but was offered cutlery, which is always a nice courtesy. Food was prepared and delivered to the table within about 10 minutes of ordering; we were checked on throughout the meal and asked after the lunch when finished. On a personal note, we had a nice visit and chat from the owner, which really added to the welcome and feel of the place. Excellent. Food: (refer to pictures) as most would have had these dishes before, I will simply say that they were delicious and the meat and seafood were cooked perfectly! Plus the prawn size were generous for the cost. Well done! Overall, this place is worth its weight in gold and certainly recommend to everyone! Whether a friendly dine-in (if available) or pick up take away, it will be an excellent dinner!

Really good food and just a cool, old school restaurant. Menu items are well priced and the food service is quick.

Ordered food from this restaurant tonight. Ordered beef with plum sauce as well as sweet and sour chicken. Plus fried won tons, fried rice and steamed dim sims. The only tasty part was the fried rice and won tons. I never thought Chinese food could ever be cooked bad or tasteless. The sauce for the sweet and sour chicken was watery and the beef strips looked like leftovers from the actual beef that had been cooked 2 nights prior just with plum sauce added. Very disappointed.
